### Duel
The hooded knight confronts the bearer of the **Twilight sword**. They roll on the table. Add +1 to the result for each Twilight Sword weapon proficiency level.

In addition, the parcel contains the **Blue Lantern** and **Dormant Twilight Cloak** rare gear. Add these to the settlement storage.
