When the showdown starts, the survivors [[Rules/Ambush]] the monster. If any survivor has the Squeamish disorder, they refuse to soil themselves. Do not ambush the monster. If no survivor has 3+ understanding, the starving survivors feast on the rotting corpse, immediately losing control of their twisting guts. Each survivor loses 1 survival and cannot consume for the rest of the lantern year.
